- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Possibly the worst EVER. Not only was the person a smart ass, but a simple envelope pick up with a damn notice was a hassle beyond belief. A three minute exchange turned into a half hour ordeal. Horrible procedures, what do these people do??? Whatever it is they need to be retrained. I will NEVER EVER EVER!! Go in there again. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This store is under new ownership, and so much better than before. I went in there today dreading it, and instead of the usual dark store and recalcitrant clerk, it was bright, bustling and friendly. I do a lot of Amazon returns, so I was glad that this store had opened; however, it was so awful that I hated going there, even to just drop off a package. The new owner, Paul was actually in the store waiting on customers - also something new. He also owns the UPS store in Belton near Walmart, and he said that if anyone has problems, to please contact him directly and "it will be addressed."By Ruth Murphy, January 29, 2017
